- Tips and subscriptions occur via the Nakavu platform.
- You may create subscription tiers, set prices, and descriptions for each tier.
- Nakavu provides tools to manage subscribers and view analytics.

Risk, Compliance, and Account Actions
- Nakavu processes payments through Stripe and is required to manage risk and comply with payment system requirements.
- Nakavu may review creator accounts to ensure their activity does not violate Stripe’s restricted business or content rules.
- Nakavu may monitor transactions and account activity to detect fraud or elevated risk.
- If necessary, Nakavu may temporarily limit account functionality, delay, or suspend payouts to mitigate risk.
- Nakavu may request additional information or documentation to restore or maintain proper account status.
- Creators will be notified if actions related to risk management or fraud prevention are applied to their account.

Creator Responsibilities
- The creator must comply with Nakavu and Stripe rules.
- You are responsible for the content you publish.
- The creator must promptly address any disputes related to payments.
